Sorghum

Sorghum

Sorghum is a C4 plant that was developed and first domesticated in Ethiopia. Humans eat it as enjera, cooked porridge or gruel, malted beverages, beer, popped grain, and chips in addition to using it as fuel and food. At Odowa Export, we gather various types of sorghum from farmers, prepare it as needed, and distribute it for the global market.
